Our Process
We review your plans, finalize scope, and execute a fee build contract. You know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before a shovel hits the ground.
Permits pulled, subcontractors selected and contracted, schedule built. Every trade partner is vetted, insured, and accountable to our standard before mobilization.
Monthly cost reports, draw schedules aligned to milestones, and transparent communication at every phase. You always know where your home — and your money — stands.
Owner walk-through, punch list completion, Certificate of Occupancy, and a one-year workmanship warranty. We don't consider a home done until you do.
